Working with legal persons is a preferred activity for our law office. The law office defends the interests of the natural persons as well.

Publicizing an information about the names of our clients is a form of advertising, which is prohibited by an Attorney Act. This also contradicts to one of the rules in our law office – the confidentiality.

The law office “Gatchev, Baleva, partners” always proposes to its clients a preliminary conclusion of a contract defining the attorney’s fee. The client is aware beforehand of the kind of service provided and of the price.

The amount of the attorney’s fee is discussed with the client and is determined pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation No 1/2004 of the Supreme Barristers' Council*. If the case is complicated in factual and legal aspect we propose an increase of the minimum amount of the fee up to 3 and more times.
